The Community Facilitator role exists to champion the community engagement of East Taieri Church, there are multiple levels to this:
- Encouraging and empowering individuals
- Giving input to the leaders of East Taieri programmes
- Co-ordinating and overseeing partnership and projects in the community
Some Examples:
- Business Breakfast
- The Mosgiel Resource Group
- Youth programmes
- Tobias Trust (a trust set up for the relief of poverty in our community)
- Fresh Expressions (Community on the Coast – Brighton)
- Mid-Winter Seniors Lunch
East Taieri Church is involved in many different ways in our communities.
