Sugar & Spice co-ordinator:
Sugar & Spice is a programme run for girls aged 7-10 years, fortnightly on Tuesday evenings during the term. The programme includes games, craft and devotions. We are looking for someone with a passion for all things ‘crafty’ to coordinate each evenings programme (but not necessarily lead every week) and head up this great wee team. If you are interested or want to know more please get in touch with the office: office@etchurch.co.nz
The Ultimate Post-Church Lock-Up Champion Wanted!
We are looking for one diligent, reliable volunteer to be our official, sole “Master of the locked doors” after our 10 AM service. Your holy quest, should you choose to accept it, involves a quick final sweep to ensure all of our doors are locked, and make sure the lights and heaters are resting.
This role is a perfect match for someone who already loves to linger, catch up with friends during morning tea, and naturally becomes the last to leave.
If you have a sharp eye for detail and want to help us steward our beautiful building (and our power bill!), you are the chosen one we’ve been praying for. Full training will be provided. Please contact Leeanne manager@etchurch.co.nz
1 Peter 4:10-11 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.
There are many opportunities to serve, on a Sunday, and during the week. For a full list please see the Classifieds page.
For more information on any area, please get in touch with Leeanne or Jo in the office at ET 489 6308 -they would be happy to help you.
