Anyone who has a role within E.T. and might use A.I. as part of that role (e.g. Life Group leaders looking for good study question, or anyone composing some communication going out in the name of the church) needs to be aware of our AI policy, and comply with it. We encourage the use of AI when it is used well but there are also limits we need to be aware of. Please familiarise yourself with the policy. You can find it under the Policies tab.

Our recipe collection is almost complete! We’re just looking for a few more dessert recipes to round out our church cookbook. If you have a family favourite, a tried-and-true recipe, or a dessert that everyone always asks you to make, we’d love to hear from you! Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far.

Saddle Hill Foundation Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Kate de Omena Nicacio as its new Youth & Community Director. Kate has recently returned from Brazil with her family, where she served with YWAM for 22 years. She begins her new role on the 16th of November.

Presbyterian AFFIRM conference, 9:00 – 4:00, 28 November, Cromwell.
The main speaker will be Henare Whaanga, Wellington Director of Thinking Matters. Henare has a heart for helping Christians to engage well with Te Ao Maori (Maori worldview) from a biblical perspective. He will help us engage with cultural practices in a way that keeps Christ at the centre.

Prayer Points:
- Pray that as we Grow in Christ to reach spiritual maturity, this will lead to greater opportunities to equip people for ministry and develop a strong discipleship culture within ET.
- Give thanks for all those missionaries that we support. Pray especially for Hope for Life Thailand – pray for our current work to support a few families who are navigating some significant challenges. Please pray for wisdom as we do this and for good partnerships with other stakeholders as needed to most effectively support the families. Ultimately pray that as we demonstrate God’s love and grace, that the families will experience it in real ways for themselves and come to saving faith in Him.
- Pray for the Christmas orientated events coming up: the Christmas Market at the Edgar Centre on 22 November (for building fundraising), pray that we have lots to sell, an inviting table and many willing buyers throughout the day. And for the Christmas Chaos outreach event on 19 & 20 December, pray for all the planning to come together, plenty of volunteers over the 2 days, good weather and that those who come will be impacted and blessed, through their interaction with the volunteers, the performance and the different stations.
